Robert Frank

Managing Director

Robert Frank is Managing Director of QuoVadis Trustlink Deutschland GmbH. Since 2006, Mr. Frank has served as the Managing Director of Deutsche Leasing Information Technology GmbH, the German market leader in IT leasing. Mr. Frank was previously a Managing Director at GE Capital IT Solutions and Executive Vice President of Comdisco, the world market leader for IT financing at the time.

Dr. Norman Hoppen

Member of the executive committee

Dr. Norman Hoppen is a member of the executive committee of Trustlink Enterprise Deutschland. Dr. Hoppen previously served in European management positions with Nokia Siemens Networks and Siemens AG, as well as many years in executive leadership of IT financial asset management services with leading banking conglomerates in Germany. He studied economics in Frankfurt and has a PhD in Information Science.

Peter Hupfauer

Head of Professional Services

Peter Hupfauer is responsible for the delivery of QuoVadis solutions in Germany for root signing, Trust/Link managed PKI, and sealsign digital signatures.  He has more than 15 years’ experience in IT project management and software development, he is well-suited to leading significant customer deployments.

Barry Kilborn

Chief Risk and Compliance Officer

Barry Kilborn oversees the QuoVadis Policy Management Authority and compliance with international PKI legislation and leading practices. He has over 14 years experience in IT risk and assurance having previously served as a Senior Manager for Ernst & Young in Bermuda. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) and holds a Certificate in Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK). Mr. Kilborn is a member of the Bermuda Chapters of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
